Espanyol opens the first RCDE Academy in China
The club will have a training center in Hunan
RCD Espanyol de Barcelona has reached an agreement with Hunan RuiDong Sport to open the first RCDE Academy in China, the tenth white and blue training center in the whole planet.
The aim of the academy is to train and discover Chinese talents. Rui Dong Sport will be the exclusive collaborator of Espanyol in Hunan, a southern province of outstanding importance in the Asian country.
Rui Dong Sport is an entity with extensive experience in the development of youth football in China and in the academic education of players. It has a large logistic and operational team and solid government support. In addition, it collaborates with 30 schools that have more than 3.000 students.
The RCDE Academy Hunan will open in the coming months. The club shows its full satisfaction for the opening of the first training center in such a strategic and important territory. It is an ambitious and powerful project, within the line of internationalization of the RCD Espanyol de Barcelona.
