Chen Yansheng meets with LaLiga president and CEO

The club's president discusses plans for expansion in the Asian market

RCD Espanyol president, Chen Yansheng, traveled to Madrid this Wednesday, accompanied by the club's CEO, Mao Ye Wu, to meet with the president of LaLiga, Javier Tebas, and the league's CEO, Óscar Mayo. During the meeting they exchanged opinions and plans to increase the profile of RCD Espanyol and the competition the Asian market.

Following the meeting, Tebas commented that “it is a pleasure to have received the visit of those in charge of an institution like RCD Espanyol. It is always positive to exchange impressions of the challenges and synergies that unite us, as is the case of international expansion in China -something which both RCD Espanyol and LaLiga are working on together. Asia is an important strategic market for both of us."
