Children from the Ronald McDonald house were special guests on International Childhood Cancer Day
On International Childhood Cancer Day (15th February), children from the Ronald McDonald house in Barcelona were invited to the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque for a special visit.
Nine boys and girls, accompanied by their families, were invited to RCD Espanyol’s training ground to spend time with players from the men’s and women’s first teams and take part in specially organised activities by the Club.
For the second consecutive year, the Ronald McDonald House of Barcelona has collaborated with RCD Espanyol, in which nine boys and girls, between two and 18 years old, are able to meet their idols. They also got to play some football on the pitches, take photos with the players and spend time with their idols on an unforgettable day.
