RCD Espanyol continues to support Bloomsbury Football and LALIGA in London

RCD Espanyol continues its partnership with Bloomsbury Football and LALIGA to support grassroots football in London.

The collaboration is in its second year formed around the LALIGA x Bloomsbury Football League, where Espanyol are one of 12 Clubs taking part from the top two divisions of Spanish professional football.

The current season began last November and will run through to summer 2024 ahead of a series of summer tournaments. This includes competitions for both boys and girls in London, giving them the opportunity to play football on a regular basis and encouraging positive social change through sport.

Bloomsbury Football and LALIGA’s partnership uses the power of football to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of children across London, through LALIGA’s message of ‘The power of fútbol’ to engage the local community and inspire young people in London.
