Stage Front Stadium hosts Master in Sports Management Programme
The Temple becomes the first stadium in the world to host a Master in Sports Management from ITTI Sports Institute
The Stage Front Stadium has become the first stadium in the world to host a Master in Sports Management from ITTI Sports Institute.
ITTI SPORTS INSTITUTE has begun to teach classes of its prestigious International Sports Management programme at the iconic home of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona S.A.D. This Master offers a unique experience in the heart of the sports industry, designed by Jaime Cambreleng, former FIFA and partner at Cavaliero & Associates, and Jorge Mowinckel, Director of Strategy and International Relations of the RFEF.
Daniel Pintó, CEO of ITTI, explained, “Being able to teach the classes in a VIP box at the stadium and learn in situ about the opportunities offered by a first-class stadium came across to us as a unique way of explaining how the sports industry works from the inside”.
The four-month programme of classes with the option of streaming follow-up + practices in the most important sports companies in the sector, gives students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the sports strategies and methods of world-renowned entities.
The training is led by professionals currently working within the sector such as Alejandra Salmerón, Senior Legal Counsel of the FIA, Massimo Cosentino, General Secretary of Juventus Turin, Pere Gallego, NBA agent at You First and Maheta Molango, CEO of the Professional Footballers' Association . The Master is for all types of profiles: recent graduates, athletes and former athletes, professionals in the sector and federations or organizations.
Adriana Ros, director of ITTI SPORTS INSTITUTE, said, “A very interesting part of the Master comes precisely at the end of the course, since at ITTI, we guarantee internships of 3 to 6 months in different companies in the sports industry where students will be able to put everything they learned into practice”.
With this academic alliance, RCD Espanyol places the Stage Front Stadium on the educational map, consolidating itself as a first-class multifunctional stadium, ready to host any kind of event.
