RCD Espanyol reach strategic agreement with Olocip
The collaboration will boost the technological and digital transformation of the club
RCD Espanyol de Barcelona and Olocip, a leading artificial intelligence solutions and data analysis company, have formalised a strategic agreement to enhance the technological and digital transformation of the club's Corporate Area. This collaboration aims to centralise and analyse data, as well as aid the creation of a Business Intelligence ecosystem.
The club have identified the need to structure the multiple data sources that are constantly handled. The solution proposed by Olocip will allow the team to integrate all these data sources into a single platform. In this way, RCD Espanyol will achieve more agile and effective business-focused management, at the same time as improving the relationship with fans.
In addition, artificial intelligence systems will be implemented to develop predictive models that help in making commercial decisions and contextualising them in new scenarios, as well as automating tasks.
RCD Espanyol and Olocip already work together on innovation and research projects aimed at the Sports Area. With this new alliance, RCD Espanyol continues to take significant steps forward in its technological transformation.
