RCD Espanyol, first club of LaLiga with an academy in Algeria

RCD Espanyol has opened a new international academy, thanks to the international expansion of the club. In this case, in Algeria, an emerging country located in the north of Africa. Like this, it becomes the first football club of LaLiga with an academy in this state.
Eloy Pérez, director of Dani Jarque’s Training Facilities and project academies manager, traveled to the African country for the media presentation of the new football academy. That event generated a lot of interest of the national press.
RCD Espanyol and Generation Foot Algerie company have signed an agreement for the next three seasons. The official name will be RCDE Academie Algerie and will be located in the city of Algiers.
