Our RCDE Academy FIFA Cup begins!
This weekend, the RCDE Academy Cup, a virtual FIFA tournament played by players from our international academies and national schools, was begun.
This initiative aims to integrate our training centres the club has around the world and to create a link between all the participants.
The tournament consists of different qualifying rounds of the popular football video game in which the players play against each other in a knockout round. The initial rounds are being played until June 26th. The last matches will take place on the 28th and both the semi-finals and the final will be broadcast live on Twitch.
All participants will receive several gifts from the club and the tournament will be supported by our RCDeSports too.
Espanyol has international academies in the United States, China, Japan, Algeria, Iraq, Finland and Sweden.
