Robert also said that "the process of the capital increase will consist of two phases. In the first, those who are shareholders may acquire the percentage of shares rightful. If the share extension is not covered, a second part would be opened in where, who are only shareholders could buy the remaining shares".
Finally, Robert Ramon closed the press conference adding that "to be sports viable, we must be financially. It is time to make this step for a stronger Espanyol”.
Before closing, the chief executive admitted that "our president has given me a great thrill.
