Cone is the new Xbox eCopa Champion and the Rocket League squad is still undefeated in the RLRS
This weekend Cone won the eCopa Xbox Championship in Madrid and the Rocket League team got their 14th victory in a row, keeping themselves first in the RLRS (second Rocket League European division).
After a week break in the RLRS our pericos took on Team Vertex. Although the final result was 3-2, Espanyol has dominated the match and made it clear who is the leader.
With 4 Rival Series victories, they had to face team RJM. The english started strong winning the first game but Espanyol made a good comeback to 2-2. The match was decided on overtime with a goal for RCDE after intense pressure in RJM’s area.
This win keeps Espanyol leader and the only undefeated team in the RLRS, and adds up to 14 victories in a row.
In FIFA 20, Cone started playing the quarter finals on saturday against Sergi Ruiz, beating him by 2-0. In the semifinals he faced the Mirandes player, Lewiskiller, managing another 2-0. The final was against Xbox legend Zidane10 and Cone broke him too, getting his pass to the Grand Final against the PS4 champion, JRA, from Racing Club de Santander.
Surprisingly JRA beated Cone by 2-0 in Xbox and Cone beated JRA 1-0 on PS4. Thus, the final victory went to Racing de Santander player. However, having won the Xbox eCopa tournament, Cone is now one of the strong candidates for the spanish national team in the FIFA eNations Cup.
