“We are focused in our next match”
Pau López said that he has been forced to learn quickly
The white and blue team faces a very important month. RCD Espanyol is playing against Sporting de Gijón this Saturday hoping to win another match. “We know that is a very important month. We are playing against direct rivals and it will be very important to defeat them. However we must concentrate on this Saturday’s match because it is a very important match against a great rival. If we carry on like this we will have more options”, said Pau López.
As his teammates, Pau has said that the team feels “more comfortable with the current system. It is important not to receive any goals and I am sure that we will grow from defense”.
About his personal situation, Pau has said that “at the beginning it was complicated. Last year everybody spoke well about me and at the beginning of this season I received more negative remarks. I did a Master in a very short time and I think that I have learnt a lot. I think now I transmit more security to the team. Now I am enjoying myself more and I think you can notice it in my performance”.
