Abraham, who scored his first goal in this season, says that he feels more confident
Abraham González scored RCD Espanyol’s first goal against Rayo Vallecano. The midfielder was one of the best players of the white and blue team and completed a great match. “It has been good for me to play with three midfielders and I am happy about it. I think the team is more solid in defence, we are being competitive and our opponents have more problems to get us in trouble”, he said.
About his goal, Abraham said that “it can be liberation. Goals always call the attention of the people and I am very happy for what I have lived these season. I think I have improved in these three years and I am a better player now than before”.
The midfielder said that “there are still many points to play and winning next Monday will give us confidence for next matches to come. The team is playing well. Yesterday the team reacted after Rayo’s goal and was able to win. We must be ready for the next matches”.
