The names of other products, services and companies that appear in this document or on the Site may be trademarks or other distinctive signs registered by their respective and legitimate owners, without it being understood that access to or use of the Site grants the user any right over the aforementioned trademarks and other registered distinctive signs.

In this sense, RCDE is excluded, to the full extent permitted by law, from any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Site, failures in access to the various web pages of the Site or those from which services are provided.

RCDE adopts reasonably adequate security measures to detect the existence of viruses and/or malware. However, the user must be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable and, therefore, RCDE cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations in computer systems (software and hardware) of the User or in their electronic documents and files contained therein.

In this sense, RCDE, excludes to the full extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of viruses or other elements in the contents of the Site, which may cause alterations in the computer system, electronic documents and / or files of users.

Finally, RCDE assumes no responsibility for the use that the user makes of the content of the Site that may involve a violation of any type of regulation, national or international, of intellectual or industrial property rights or any other right of third parties.
